In this world filled with struggle and strive.

Some grow and others try to survive.

A new generation with gifts from above.

To take up the torch and fly like a dove.

But due to the blindfold of hatred and bigotry,

We lost our way, blinded by normality.

While some of us are waiting patiently for,

A flicker of hope to shine through,

To be who we are.

And have no fear.

For darkness to lose

And for light, we hold dear.
